Orange tip in a newly discovered meadow nearby in Battel, a small village next to my hometown. The red-magenta of the dock plant is complementing the orange wing tips of this tiny insect.
The sun is trying to beat the clouds, some wind is popping up, a first cuckoo is flying nearby... In the meadow are a couple of male and female Orange tip butterflies hard to find.
Two Green-veined whites are as well playing hike-and-seek in the cuckoo-flowers, which are abundantly flourishing.
More of the Orange tip you can find on this page.
